It’s common knowledge that golf tournaments are often decided on the greens, but the Waste Management Phoenix Open evolved into a chip-off late on Sunday. Brooks Koepka produced a moment of magic – a tricky chip holed-out for eagle on 17 – to earn him the title. On the other hand, some had moments to forget (sorry, Xander Schauffele!), but either way, it was fascinating to see how much goes into short-range wedge shots for the PGA Tour’s finest. Chipping can be a science, an art-form and a sight to behold. If you struggle for consistency around the greens, get in touch below and we'll be happy to help.
